On WEEI's "Dale & Holley" program this morning, Red Sox manager Terry Francona confirmed that J.D. Drew would be in the starting lineup for tonight's game against Cleveland. He said that, though Drew would be starting, he wouldn't necessarily finish.This is a very good sign for the health of the club going into the postseason.
